If you’re trying our bars this week, you might notice that they’re quite a bit darker in colour than usual. We normally use almond meal that’s been blanched (skins removed), but we’re trying some unblanched almond meal for a change. Aside from making the bars darker, it increases the fibre content slightly, and (as far as we can tell) doesn’t alter the taste. We’d love your feedback.
